We operate on a dropshipping model, meaning products are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers.

By using our website, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws.

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Not use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activities

🛒 3. Orders & Verification

3.1 Order Placement

When you place an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate.

3.2 Mandatory Verification Call

After placing an order, our team will contact you for order confirmation.
Your order will only be processed after successful verification.

If we cannot reach you within 48 hours, your order may be cancelled.

3.3 Right to Cancel Orders

totaly.online reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Incorrect information
  • Unavailability of stock
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Operational issues

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

🚚 4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days after confirmation.

4.2 Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 5–8 working days
  • Non‑metro cities: 6–10 working days
  • Remote areas: 8–14 working days

Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, festivals, or operational constraints.

4.3 WhatsApp Updates

You will receive updates for most shipping stages via WhatsApp/SMS/email.

4.4 Dropshipping Model

Since products are shipped directly from suppliers:

  • Packaging may vary
  • We do not physically inspect items before dispatch
  • You may receive multiple shipments for a single order

4.5 Customer Responsibility

For COD orders, customers must verify the product before making payment.
If the package appears tampered or damaged, please refuse delivery.

🔄 5. Exchanges & Returns

Our Exchange Eligibility Policy applies.

Exchanges are accepted only if:

  • Wrong size or wrong brand delivered
  • Product arrived damaged or unusable

A clear unboxing video is mandatory.

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Correct size delivered but doesn’t fit
  • Color/texture variations
  • Fabric feel or quality concerns
  • Used, washed, or altered items
  • Items purchased during sales or discounts
